Bright lips for a big work presentation, and the stuff I’m looking for

Good Tuesday, friend! I realize we are already halfway through the day, but I had a presentation earlier and was preparing for it in the morning. (It went well, by the way!)

Whenever I have to do something big for work, I always like to have a little shield through makeup. This red lip and glossy bronze lid helped me get ready. I

I am very infatuated with this Cream Glitter Shadow from Hourglass. I bought it back in February and it is already breaking. I

I had hoped it would be a dupe for Chanel’s legendary New Moon Glitter shade, but no. I probably won’t be buying another one anytime soon.

On a completely unrelated note, here’s a list of stuff I’ve been looking at lately, just in case you need some screen time!

Trying (Apple TV)

A sweet comedy/drama following the ups and downs of a British couple on their journey to become parents.

The characters want to make me believe that there is still sweetness and wonder in the world.

Surface (Apple TV)

There is a mystery surrounding a woman who painfully loses her memory! The show is like a “Lifetime” movie that’s been pushed up several notches, and while it’s unbearable at times, I just can’t look away.

It is set in San Francisco, so the people of the Bay Area brace themselves for mental agony as the main character, played by Gugu Mbatha-Raw, bare shoulders across town and no light jacket in sight. Is.

Purple Hearts (Netflix)

It’s hard to classify this Netflix movie as clean. This part is a story of drama, romance, music and war all wrapped up in one. Synopsis – Two very different people (opposites attract!) enter into a fake marriage, and chaos ensues.

External forces threatening to ruin his life add to the pressure, keeping the story going. If you’re a softie, expect to shed a tear or two (I did).

Wedding Season (Netflix)

A charming rom-com about two men with attentive parents desperate to get their kids married.

I really enjoyed it and plan to watch it again.

Indian Matchmaking (Netflix)

The show follows Seema, a Mumbai-based matchmaker who helps single people across the world find their marriage partner.

WARNING: Be prepared to be sucked in at an alarming rate!
