Some cats consider themselves mousers. There are other fishermen. Tabs thought of himself as a seeder. I think in his mind he was flying through the sky every time he leapt to catch a bird, but in reality he barely got air.
I could never tell him this, of course, as his underling. I had to say stuff like, “Dang! Is that Kevin Durant?”
And he would see me completely complacent. I
Several incidents happened with Tabs and Birds. Oh well, but the worst happened when I was heavily pregnant. Long story short, but there was a bird, Tabby, and it didn’t end well. I cried a ton. I
There was also a small funeral in our front yard…
It took a while to figure out what kind of cat Rosie is. At first I thought she might be a mouser because of such low gait that she hugs the ground and scoots along as if she is in stealth mode, but no. We recently got to know that he is also a bird. I’ve seen her with turkeys, crows and these little brown birds that love to taunt her, and every time she’s calculating how to catch or destroy them…
There’s a crow that lives in a big oak tree in our front yard, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same crow because I see her on the same branch at the same time every day, and it’s in Rosie’s mind. that she is somehow, somehow going to bring that crow, and bring her into the house while she is alive, and she will do so with our consent.
Not happening, Rosie Pose, but I appreciate your ambition! I
